2. No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property. Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet.
3. No additional overnight guests beyond the number agreed upon in the reservation are allowed. If you have any changes to the number of guests staying, please inform us in advance.
4. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. We provide cleaning supplies, and we kindly ask that you tidy up after yourselves and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.

This place was beautiful and I would book it again if I traveled here! It is close to Disneyland. The place is so clean and there was plenty of room for the 8 adults. Two full bathrooms and plenty of household supplies! It is close to shopping and a good variety of restaurants! The parking was perfect for a 15 passanger van.

We had a nice stay, all the beds were comfy except for the back bedroom. The bed was very firm therefore we got poor sleep. But everything was nice and clean. Bathroom is a little small but we made it work.

Family Disney Trip

1. The property is close to Disney and seemed safe. 2. The house is somewhat dated and you noticed it especially in the bathrooms, which are small and don’t have a lot of counter space to put your stuff. And the bigger bathroom had a smell of urine that you couldn’t get away from. Almost like it was in the paint. 3. Several reviews said the beds were comfortable and I agree! Especially, after a long day at the park, they did seem like heaven! 4. Another thing that would’ve made it a lot nicer. Is that you’re not able to park in the garage. She said that they are using it for storage. When you drive your nice car, and we have a Lexus, it would’ve felt a lot more safe to be able to park it in the garage then to leave it in front of the house.5. All in all, the house worked well for us, it just is a little old.

As advertised

This VRBO is exactly as advertised. The common area is small for how many people are allowed to stay there. There was a nice outside area but the weather did not cooperate with us so no fault of their own. It had a nice welcoming box of snacks and some juicy type drinks for kids in the fridge. This house had Viking appliances! Parking was plentiful. Both bathrooms were also very nice.
