We need sleeping machine so one of the beside table had no power outlet! It was behind the bed and inaccessible. We had to call maintenance and he came with an extension chord so I could plug my sleeping machine! Although the machine should be plugged into wall outlet directly not thro extension chord! But the front desk person took care of the problem promptly

The hotel lobby was great. The person who checked us in was nice and professional. The rooms had a lot of problems. Both of our rooms were infested with gnats. The bathroom sink in my room barely drained and there were hairs on the bathroom floor that definitely weren’t mine. The shower didn’t work in my friend’s room. (They fix knock 25% off the price of her room.) Do not get in the tower. We paid extra for this and all we got for it was a view of the parking lot and a more direct line for the VERY noisy interstate less than a half block away 2 starts is generous.

We arrived at about 0130AM because our flight was delayed. The keypads to unlock the door was not working upon check-in. We were issued new set of key cards that also did not work. They moved us to a different room but the keypads on the door also did not work. All the while we were on hallways with our luggage waiting to get a room. We had a long day. They were able to get us in a room by a staff manually opening the door with a physical master key as the card reader battery was dead. They had the battery changed the next day.

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working. Waiting for 40 minutes at midnight for someone to fix it or give us a fan. They said they were the only one working and it would be a hassle.. and they never did either. The blackout curtains didn’t work and when someone used the water in the room above us it made a horrible screeching sound in our room.

The only good thing about this property was the shuttle right outside to the U of M game. The rest was nasty. Small, dank room, pool gross, dirty vibe...way overpriced at several hundred dollars a night - even for the convenience. Just generally, "ewww".

Was very nice just few things, dresser drawer was broken, and bed was not very comfortable. Id give it a 6 out of 10 . Room we srayed in we heard noise quite a bit and airconditioner was loud
