Welcome to your modern Old Fourth Ward getaway — a four-story, 2,400 sq. ft. townhome designed for groups who want space, comfort and a central Atlanta location.

Located just steps from the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park and minutes from the Atlanta BeltLine, Krog Street Market, Downtown and some of Atlanta's most popular neighborhoods and attractions.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen-size air mattresses, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 10 guests.

One of the highlights of the home. Relax on the rooftop sectional while enjoying unobstructed views of the Downtown Atlanta skyline and a 70-inch outdoor TV.

The house was perfect for our family. It was really nice to walk through the historic Auburn Street district and see MLK’s birthplace. The Krog street shops and restaurants that are only a half mile walk was a wonderful surprise. Overall great stay!

We loved the location. Walked to the Thumbs Up Diner everyday, enjoyed every minute! Nice coffee shops nearby. Groceries at the Chevron station steps away. We did a lot of walking from the venue, but it was also asy for Uber pickups. Didn't bring a car but ample garage parking at the site. Nice view of downtown and surrounds from the rooftop space. We stayed here for a week and January and we loved the spaciousness of this home. Being able to park in the ground level garage was so convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to downtown and other locations of interest.

Great location

Our 3-generation party of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The location is walking distance to MLK's house where he was born and his former church. Easy driving distance to Aquarium, Zoo, and Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. Townhouse was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We were all quite satisfied with our individual rooms. All of the amenities in the home were state of the art.
