Stayed here for one night with my 1 year old.although they forgot to put a cot in, when I asked they were extremely quick to follow up on this and being a cot a d get it set up. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night. The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if visiting Manchester.

Perfection!

A lovely stay to visit family, room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, the village area is so nice to walk around and really makes it feel different to anywhere else. The spa is lovely for a morning swim and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a delicious breakfast and cannot fault our stay.

Overall rooms were 2 star rating Very basic and bathroom very basic Corridors is like maze and very dirty Bar service was worse than a pub. Breakfast was extremely basic and it took so long, small area and too compact. Better off with self service. Breakfast was not worth the price at all.

Unfortunately there was glass in my pizza, when ordering room service. Confirmed to be glass by the waitress. This wasn’t handed over to the duty manager, who was unaware of the incident until I informed him. 5 hours in A&E to check for glass and absolutely no compensation for my time or discomfort whatsoever. When following up the manager was unavailable. So all in all a terrible stay, the food was mid when done right, the deserts were fabulous. The room was hot, stuffy and outdated without a fan to cool the hot room.
