Very old property and it shows. No fan in the bathroom, lots of light gets through the curtains, raggedy carpet and lots of construction going on. Had to go through several emails and calls before our stay to confirm a crib then we got there they had no record of that request. Thankfully they had one, but good grief. Their sales director also told me Expedia booked me 5 rooms not 1, and told me it was MY responsibility to contact Expedia and have them call the hotel to resolve. I’m sorry, what? Expedia had no idea, and meanwhile I work and have two kids under 3, so didn’t have time for all that. Unprofessional.
