The staff was great, but how great can they be when the choices to guests are "traffic noise" at the front, and "train noise" at the back? There was not a single room that didn't face that choice, but how can there be no other choice for guests? It's WAY overpriced, when you consider that there's no room service, either. Knock $100 off the room rate and then you'll have something.

I will never book a room at a Hampton Inn Hotel. They have terrible customer service. Instead of staying at Hampton Inn in Boston/Cambridge, I opted to stay the Residency Inn in Charlestown. The Residency Inn had much customer service.
