Waterfront Cottage in Branford

Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, CT. The house is 2,400 sq ft. and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island Sound. During the summer months, you will have access to a private dock (seasonal and weather permitting) and mooring that are a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Islands. The house is located close to waterfront restaurants, bars and a walking trail. We promise to provide all the essentials you need to be more than comfortable for your initial stay. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, BEACH AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Branford Center - 2 miles

Daily and weekly memberships are available at The Owenego Beach and Tennis Club located 1 mile away.

We had a full house - 7 adults and 2 kids - but we never felt crowded. The view was a delight and, when the weather cleared up, we really enjoyed being outside on the patio. We were there for a milestone birthday celebration and the house played a big part in the success of the weekend.

Visited for a long weekend with dear college friends. It was the perfect place, we all agreed. Big, open kitchen and great room that was outfitted by someone who clearly likes to cook and had a wall of windows looking out on the water. The deck was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and listen to birds in the morning, and the hot tub was a welcome place to soak at the end of the day. The owner was so helpful and quick to answer questions. We are already thinking of going back next year....

Great stay on the coast!

Perfect house for a weekend at the coast. Kitchen had everything you would need, rooms were comfortable, no complaints. Great place to sit outside and enjoy the views, house had kayaks/paddleboards to take out on the water. Clean upon arrival, easy check in process. Would stay here again.
