The room door had a gap in it at the bottom allowing whatever outdoor creature to enter . I called the front desk and she said there were no more king beds available and to wait until the next day which would be very unsafe. I then had to pay extra to move to another room because there weren’t any king rooms.

DO NOT GO HERE, dirty loud and unsafe electrical outlets exposed and smelled and had stains on couch. Front desk was very rude and short with us. No sense of compassion or patience. When asked for a refund they ghosted us and did not give us an answer

They were infested with cockroaches, and when I told them about it and try to get a refund or even credit to another facility, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me, not even bug spray And the staff was very rude

I didn’t stay at this property some person by the name of Gustavo took my credit card information somehow and used it online to get a room. It was a fraud and l am working on getting my money back. I wish I could say positive things about this place. There was no hot water from fawcett, no heat from heater, other people's hair in the tub ... among other things, need I say more? Everything looked lovely in picture, and the front desk area looks great. The mgr was not around to address the issue. The front desk person said what they could have done for me only after I checked out. I was extremely disappointed.

Easy check in, clean room. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. Bed was just ok. Some of the guests at far end of hotel were extra loud. We didn’t complain but a little extra security would have made things feel a bit safer.

The room was dirty, smelly and the bathroom vanity was falling apart. The pictures make it look like something it definitely is not. This is comparable to a Motel 6. Sorry folks, your ad was very misleading .
