Very remote, and extremely windy. Pools were too cold. F&B extremely expensive, and given that it is a $40 ride into town you have very limited alternative options. Food is excellent, but it comes at a price. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, but the resort itself is soulless. Limited sun loungers - we were there in low season, it must be a zoo in high season. Kids club (and staff) excellent. Very pushy on selling their vacation rentals, and the expedia gold amenities are pointless (which I am finding is an expedia trend, not a Nobu issue).

Nobu Los Cabos is a fabulous hotel - beautiful, clean, well kept. They are well staffed with curteous and attentive people. The dining is excellent and service fantastic - we had an amazing waiter named Axel in the Pacific restaurant Here are some negatives: The beach is beautiful but the hotel does not allow any lounge chairs on the beach and you cannot swim in it- that did not bother us The hotel is about an hour from the airport and 30 minutes from town - we should have rented a car The price of coffee is very high and we ate breakfast at the restaurant and I ordered coffee- the waitress asked would we like a latte? We said ok and ordered 2 refills each- I just wish we were told there are only free refills on plain coffee - I think we spent $60 on coffee that morning I just thought that could have been explained - also coffee was pretty pricey at the cafe In a place as beautiful this with expensive food , why nickel and dime people with coffee? So once you know these few things it will make your stay much easier Again, exceptional service and food and cleanliness

I loved the design of the property. Everything was very beautiful. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was excellent. We felt totally safe, but it was a bit isolated.

The moment we arrived at Nobu to celebrate our 12th year anniversary, we were greeted by Arlen, who made our check-in experience truly special. She really made me and my husband feel welcome and at home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of this resort. The lush surroundings, immaculate grounds, and breathtaking views made for a truly luxurious experience. Every corner of the resort was designed with elegance and comfort in mind. A special shoutout to the concierge, Luiz who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and helpful recommendations made all the difference. Whether it was arranging activities, making dining reservations, or simply ensuring we had everything we needed, Luiz truly made us feel like VIP guests. The amenities were top-notch, from the pristine pool area to the world-class spa. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff throughout the resort was warm and accommodating. This resort exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

The property in itself was perfect, the staff was amazing and it could not have been any better. The only downside is that it's a little far from everything and that it is not possible to swim in the ocean so no one uses it the beautiful beach. That said i would recommend the property as it was beautiful and the service was incredible
