We love staying at the Villa resorts and this room was absolutely perfect for our family. Loved being on the ground floor and simply stepping out the back patio to access the pool area. Our personal concierge Johana was extremely sweet and helpful.

Graduation Boys Trip 2025

Treated my son and 7 friends to a trip celebrating his birthday and graduation. On arrival the check in process was easy. We were welcomed with fresh chips, guacamole and salsa as well as fresh margaritas waiting for us as we arrived. The condo was well appointed, clean and even better looking than the pictures. The grounds were immaculate and you had access to neighboring properties/amenities. It was steps from the pool and the beach. Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Senior Spring Break!

The location of this villa is unbeatable! It was steps away from the pool and beach! Super comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen is well stocked. Slider to the patio needs a fix and the grill needs a scrub but other than that the villa was super! Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful family time

Our family (5 adults and 2 children) travelled from Australia to Mexico for the holiday season and we decided to stop off in Cabo for 6 nights to acclimatise before flying to Mexico City for the family reunion. The apartment is beautiful, so comfortable and spacious. It was great to have filtered water and ice from the fridge, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The porch and direct access to the pool and beach was great especially with our grandchildren. Our private concierge Johana was amazing - she provided margaritas and snacks to welcome us, best margaritas we ever had! For my daughter's birthday, Johana organised a private chef to cook a typical meal for us - it was delicious and even came with balloons. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you Colleen and Johana !!!

Delightful and relaxing

8 girlfriends celebrating our 50th birthdays. We had everything we needed. We used the pool, restaurant, beach. Walked to town on the beach once. Took a quick Uber the rest. The personal concierge was so kind and helpful. The beds so comfortable. Patio is huge and we spent a lot of time there. Huge bathrooms. Had a meal catered in the condo one night. Filtered water and ice in the fridge. Everything is so convenient and pretty. Definitely recommend!

Great place!

We booked 1103 for 9 of us for a 4 night stay. The unit is clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We loved our concierge Johana who greeted us with margaritas, chips, fresh guac and salsa, booked a snorkel trip for us, and let us know about turtle hatchlings being released. It was a great trip.

Beautiful Villa, great deal, friendly staff, check-in snaffu

Myself, my fiancé, and our friends stayed in Cabo for 4 nights. This was my third time at La Estancia but our first time in this property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the villa is gorgeous and being a ground floor unit is great for easy pool access (especially since elevators can be slow). The property manager and resort staff are incredibly nice and helpful! However our group did have an issue during check in: the resort had no record of our reservation when we arrived (2 hours after the stated check-in start time). The resort had to contact the host/manager and confirm the reservation while we waited, which caused a delay and we missed our dinner reservation. Unfortunately it also meant the rooms had not be fully turned over by housekeeping, there was still some garbage from prior guests and the rooms had not been fully cleaned (beds were made though). We greatly appreciate the staff/manager/host working quickly to help once the issue was discovered, but it still caused stress and threw off our schedule.

Amazing!!

Beautiful property!! The photos online don't do it justice. It was perfect for our group of 8. We had more than enough room. The beds were so comfortable, it was hard getting out of them. The location was perfect. We loved that we were able to step off our balcony and go to the pool. I would like to say that Oscar and Colleen were there when we needed them, but we never did. We never had to contact them once. We had everything we needed. Colleen went above and beyond and had a cake, balloons, decorations, and flowers for when we arrived to celebrate my friends 50th b-day. Just that personal touch meant everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun family trip

We rented two properties next to each other and it was perfect. Our host responded quickly to all of our questions before we arrived, and our concierge was extremely helpful and did our grocery shopping. Setting up airport transfer with Ernesto was breeze and he was extremely reliable. Highly recommend
