Villa La Estancia is a luxury five star hotel-condo resort consisting of 158 privately-owned villas, perfectly located directly on Medano Beach, just a ten-minute walk from the marina and downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. It’s the center piece of a three resort complex with Villa Del Palmar to the east and Villa De Los Arcos to the west. The sister resorts are time-share properties while Villa La Estancia is a deeded ownership resort. Together they provide you an incredible vacation experience with 5 star accommodations and privacy at your home resort and extensive dining and recreation options available between the resorts.

This beautifully maintained studio unit consists of two queen beds, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is a microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker for your everyday essential needs.
