Was an ok place to stay. Read fine print about having to cancel reservation and lose 50%. Also the charge for cleaning is extremely high, especially when you are only there for 1 or 2 nights. Have stayed at other places where cleaning fee isn’t that expensive, especially when you are responsible for putting towels in washer and turning dish washer on before you leave. Got stuck in parking garage because FOB battery was dead. Another tenant in the building told me to ask at security for another one or a new battery as that’s what she had just done. Security could not help. Got a response last night to go buy a new battery after we were in for the night. Did not want the hassle of waiting for someone else to let me out of the parking garage and we had an early morning medical appointment. Had to get my husband to drive to the door and I went outside to swipe the chip so he could drive out. Will not stay at this place again. Will go back to our other regular place in Kensington to stay for upcoming medical appointments.
