Bathroom not fully clean - soap scum on tub. Only 1 face cloth. Informed front desk of terrible natural gas smell at stairwell entrance and another guest also checked and told the desk how bad it was - both told them to call fire dept right away. They didn’t seem concerned. Checked out day early

There wasn’t much for breakfast in the morning. They had no fruit except 1 apple. I was in a room above the front desk and the lights around the pool were so bright, even the curtains closed, there was so much light coming into the room. I would not return

Repeat stay. Perfect location in South Calgary. Monitored safe free parking. Good room layout, very friendly staff, very reasonable room rate and decent free breakfast. I will stay again.

Overall the place is pretty good even slept decently, the only down side that I have is that the door to the outside does not have proper weather seal as I could see the light from the outside around the door found the room quite cool cause of this.

The motel was clean and comfortable however the fridge was not working causing all the food to freeze overnight. For the most part we found the morning staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was not overly impressed with the lady signing us in upon registration as she did not present a friendly personality, never smiling or responding with friendly conversation. Everything was all business and little or no welcoming attitude. A little more friendliness wold have bee welcomed.

It was a convent location for our trip but I found the hotel to be one of the older ones in the area. Had to change rooms due to a constant taping from the pipes I think. Otherwise clean and staff great

I typically stay here when I'm attending a concert at the Grey Eagle. It's usually reasonably priced and serves it's purpose. It's often challenging to find parking when I come back from the concert and the breakfast only runs until 9:30, which I think should run until 10:30 IMO.
