Just a 2-3 minute walk through the well-maintained backyard brings you directly to the water, where you can swim, fish, or explore the beauty of Canyon Lake at your leisure.

Inside, the picturesque view of the lake greets you through large windows in the living and dining areas, allowing you to soak in the stunning surroundings while enjoying the comforts of home. Unwind in style with amenities like an HDTV and Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying a tranquil atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, or if you prefer a night out, you're just a short drive away from the fantastic restaurants in nearby New Braunfels and Wimberley.

The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable king bed, an additional twin bed, HDTV, and a private deck area with gorgeous lake views. The attached bath includes a walk-in shower, providing the perfect spot to refresh after a day of exploring. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and a twin bed, as well as an attached bath with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. This room also accommodates a crib, making it ideal for families. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. With each bedroom having its own attached bath, this home is perfect for multiple families vacationing together, offering both comfort and privacy.

Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The home has a maximum occupancy of 11 guests at all times. We manage several nearby properties and may have staff in the area, but we ask that all guests respect the property and behave appropriately. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of your stay.

No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. There is a limit of 3 vehicles, unless otherwise approved.

Really enjoyed the house.

It has a fantastic view. We felt a bit disappointed that we could not check in sooner. Most of the first day is gone with a 4 pm check in time. Very relaxing and beautiful house. But we had some plumbing issues and with 11 people in the house to shower this was hard. We had to wait for to shower between so it wasn't COLD! The person responding to my texts and emails were very prompt. The kitchen and den was great. Even though the pool table had a major tear in the surface everyone enjoyed using it. We did alot of bike riding in the neighborhood this was great too.

Tubing Trip

The property is very well kept. Lake was very low so the walk to the lake is long. Lots of deer activity in the morning and evening. My wife and I traveled with two other couples. We had plenty of room. We spent one afternoon on the lake and the other tubing the Comal. Had a great time at a wonderful property.

Perfect house for your family gateaway

I brought my family two days, get out of the routine. It was the best, a lot of tranquility, a beautiful view of the lake. The house too clean everything was wonderful. We will definitely do our next family vacation here again.

Family weekend

We rented the house to attend a wedding in the area and the house was perfect for our family of 9 . Plenty of room and beds, and the house was clean and beautiful with a gorgeous view of Canyon Lake! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views, beautiful home

We stayed here two nights. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to accommodate a larger group. The guys in our group enjoyed the pool table in the garage, and there was also a poker and blackjack table. It was older recreational stuff but served it’s purpose. The deck areas were amazing and we were right in the lake so it was convenient to walk down. The only negative I have is that we are big coffee drinkers and the coffee maker didn’t work well. I suggested replacing the coffee maker, super cheap for a nice place or even getting a Keurig.

Beautiful vacation spot

This house was perfect for our family. 6 adults 2 kids & 2 babies. All the drawers in the kitchen are labeled which was a huge help navigating while cooking. The lake is a 2 minute walk away which was awesome. The house has everything you could possibly need even a rocking recliner to help us put the babies to sleep and a crib in the room. Very nice deck too for morning coffee.

Nice visit at the lake

Our group of friends had a good time at this property. Overall it could use some sprucing up, but met our needs, and we were comfortable enough. Lake access was beautiful, but would have loved having some shade and seating (like neighboring properties) to sit by the water. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Spiders and wasps could be addressed - granted its early summer in Texas, but would have been nice. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing. I would suggest bringing your own pillows - they were all very flat. Satellite on the TV didn’t work - no content was available - but we didn’t come for TV anyway. We had a great time and had what we needed to enjoy ourselves, just not a five star property.

Amazing Vacation!

The house was PERFECT for our family vacation...gorgeous view, incredibly spacious, and clean. 3 1/2 bathrooms was a huge bonus. When we return to the hill country, we will definitely be booking here again.

The view from the bedroom balcony was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool table as well. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Beautiful location

We went there for a family gathering. Property location is perfect and having lake access is amazing, one can have a silent moments and get relaxed on beautiful deck and listen to the waves on lake at the shore. Floor plan for property was nice and good fit for our family of 9. Families and kids go their own space. Kids enjoyed Netflix movies (available on property) and beautiful outdoors. We made good memories to carry. Only small things which we were not satisfied with - property can be cleaner. Restrooms were clean, but the small things like hand soap was diluted with water. Found one big roach during our stay in bedroom (it could have crawled down from outside when we kept the patio door open though), so not putting that on property. But overall we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this without any hesitance.

Spacious vacation house with great view and location!

We really loved our stay here! The house was the perfect size for our family and was clean and well equipped! You can't beat the view of the lake from the deck, as well as the wildlife that visited us nightly (deer and even a fox!). We used the house as a base for exploring San Antonio, Austin, and the Hill Country, and it was perfect. We were out of the city but easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. We did have one minor issue with the freezer while we were there, and SkyRun was very quick to come out and fix it. Communication via text was great and convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Lakefront Location

Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the large deck with the great view of the lake and the late afternoon visits of the deer. We spent most of our afternoons swimming in the lake (bring water shoes). We found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this house and it is as fantastic! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the equipment we would need and the view is just spectacular. Lake access is great and the home was spotless when we arrived. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views of Canyon Lake

We have a VRBO rental property of our own so we are slightly more critical than some. The property was exceptionally clean, kitchen well-stocked, pictures of property were accurate, comfy beds & provided extra linens for beds. We did have a few issues: a big prob the garage door and water in a bathroom due to tons of rain within a very short period of time. Both issues were reported to the management company & immediately acknowledged. Although minor inconveniences, none of this affected our stay. The quick response of the management company plays a huge role in this property being awesome! Stuff to bring: a canopy for hanging out on the shore, collapsible chairs, water shoes, air pump for floats, bug spray...I was the only 1 out of 10 ppl that eaten alive by chiggers. I didn't spray myself either & had no idea I was bite until I was covered in welts the next day. Lesson learned. Stairs to the lake are long and the rest of the walk and not suitable for some.
