The Space:
Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch, 75-inch TV, and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven, and microwave for your cooking convenience. You may also utilize the outdoor grill for cooking. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
