Large beautiful apartment, totally remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen. 2500 sq ft, large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The apartment is 3 blocks from Bocagrande and Castillogrande beaches with all kinds of water activities, jet skiing, kite surfing and more.
Perfect location on a quiet residential street in Bocagrande with low car traffic away from crowds and noises.. Safe to bike, jog or have a nice relaxed walk around the bay. At the same time everything you need is walking distance, supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores and shopping plazas. If you walk around at night, you will find closeby places such as lounges, casinos, outside cafes and all kinds of entertainment to have a fun vacation.

Spacious living and dining room area with sliding doors give access to a large furnished terrace where you can spend time together as a group. A balcony and also a get together family room surrounded by the 3 bedrooms. Every room has been upgraded and decorated with new modern furniture. Utility area with washing machine. Covered garage and an additional parking space.
Every bedroom has blockout blinds and top of the line mattresses so you can enjoy a great night sleep. New closets, air conditioners and 42 inches smart TVs.
Large master bedroom with a queen size bed, a reading space and a private completely remodeled bathroom.
In case you need to do remote work, there is a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic comfortable chair and good lighting.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A few blocks away you'll find agencies to program tours to nearby islands with crystal waters for sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling or just lying on the beach under the sun enjoying tropical drinks. After a day of breeze and sun, at the end of the afternoon you'll get to see the most amazing caribbean sunsets.
A 10 minutes cab ride ($3 US) from the apartment will take you to downtown walled city with international restaurants, outside cafes, boutiques and terraces with live music surrounded by colonial spanish architecture in a laid back romantic atmosphere.

ABSOLUTELY A PRIME LOCATION
Loved the space. , Hugo was absolutely the best . This location is situated right in the heart of everything. The beach is a 7 min walk. I also loved the security features that the house has. I felt very safe . And comfortable.

Great choice
In 20 years visiting CARTAGENA, this particular group of people presented themselves accurately in the description communicated well provided a functioning and clean safe and quiet location. We were met actually early. I left something in the room and they brought it to me at the airport. Good choice big home fair price AC works great quiet residential area block or two from food shopping couple more blocks to the beaches doesn’t get much better In Cartagena

Awesome
Host was punctual and easily accessible when contacted prior to and end of stay. Apartment was exactly as advertised with modern appliances and furniture. Quiet neighborhood, 5-minute walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Me and my friends felt extremely safe during our stay. We will be back soon and book again with this host.
