I've stayed here a couple times now and have had nothing but good experiences. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the valets are attentive and efficient, and the location is great for anything Uptown. I've felt safe walking the area, even late into the night.

It was a great stay. Beautiful Hotel, the only thing I will say is the parking is pretty expensive. I understand that we are in the heart of downtown, but the parking prices could be lower.

The staff when we first checked in was helpful, friendly and informative (absolutely above & beyond!) The rooms themselves could use a little love and updates. And not sure why there were so many Buddha statues everywhere. Otherwise, great location with wonderful staff!

I didn't have the breakfast but our room was clean and comfortable. Its downtown so it noisy at night but to be expected. Parking was expensive because the comedy show so it wasn't a surprise.
