The hotel is very nice and the room was very spacious and well set up. A couple of things that stuck out. Two elevators makes the wait pretty long. Two bartenders/food order staff is pretty thin on a Saturday night. Also a little more information on the parking situation there would have been helpful.

Disney land lines for elevators and breakfast. Had to take stairs 5 flights to get too and from room. 2 elevators broken. Our room smelled but the line at front desk was too long to go change it. Hotel was grossly unprepared for a traditionally busy time of year making for an unpleasant experience for everyone.

Room clean. Hotel staff great One of the busiest weekends of the year and they were down to 2 elevators. That’s was hard all weekend. Pool overly crowded no fault of the hotel but unruly children screaming on the top of their Lu gs made it hard to stay in the pool area. Yes parents were with them but seemed oblivious. Breakfast great Overall hotel is nice. Would choose a different weekend next time

Having only two elevators with that many people staying was horrible. When I arrived 5 minutes early before checking room was not ready. Which I was very tired and unhappy. The sink in the room wouldn’t drain filled up while brushing my teeth and 30 min later still full. Horrible pillows. Beautiful hotel and clean.

Room and hotel were very clean. All staff were very helpful and polite. Included breakfast was great with omelet bar. Enjoyed included 2 drinks and light snacks at happy hour.

Very rude SERVICE dirty rooms bathtub had black gunk on the bottom of the floor… light shade looked like there was poop smeared all over it Check-in process horrible Everything was absolutely horrible -5 stars

One of the elevators was out of service so it would easily take over 10 minutes to leave the floor. It was awful. The only working elevator was packed and took forever. It was not good.

was little disappointed that there was no water provided in the room. when checked they mentioned its not included with our room. I was not sure i had to check for water while booking the room. this is the first time i am facing this. Breakfast was delicious. room was clean.

Stayed here for 2 nights in November. Bell hop staff very helpful and friendly (thank you, Rashad!). Great complimentary breakfast buffet with hot food choices. Makes up for subpar lunch/dinner options. Restaurant staff very quick and efficient. One set of elevators were not working during our stay, fortunately we were Ok to do stairs with our young kids. Would stay again.

Great for families.Spacious room and included breakfast ( with good variety of food). Location is perfection, close to everything around Chicago river.
