The air conditioner in the lobby was broken in the poor attendants at the desk had to sit there, just sweating. The whole hotel was hot and it's a hundred degrees out. They had to give us a different room, because our bathroom smelled like dirty feet and mold. Overall, the hotel is old and and dire need of being cleaned. I'm not sure why this hotel gets such great reviews. I will say that the attendance at the front desk were wonderful and very kind.

Staff was friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Slight issue with sink not draining and tv wasn’t working. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Parking lot is small for a full size truck

Overall the stay was good with very friendly staffand service..... our biggest issue would have been the breakfast... the biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks for the local kids hockey tournament and the gravy was tasteless...pretty sure the sausage patties were recycled into the following days gravy... epic failure...then there were the eggs... I know that there may be a shortage of eggs, nation wide, but you couldn't even make those powdered eggs worse if you tried....bland and dry... sorry, but you asked for feedback... at least the fruit was fresh... 🙄

We have enjoyed staying at many Hyatt hotels. This room did not have air conditioning and had a little swelling in the bathroom floor making it hard to open the door. The pool was nice and the breakfast was the best one. Fun overall experience.

Nice, clean and comfortable but not good tv select

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Only compliants was not able to adjust temperature in room and was warm and television selection was not good. We got there fairly early evening and wanted to just lay back and watch some tv. Not a good selection and a lot of channels were fuzzy. Tried to cast our channels from home and was not able to do so.

The staff on all shifts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, gave helpful recommendations and helped with changing the channels on the TV without making us feel stupid. The breakfast had many options and lots of room for seating. Quiet and safe feeling.
