We stayed here with the kids on a “staycation”, hoping to get some good pool time and relaxation.
First, it felt unsafe, with very poor security. A group of teenagers was running around the hallways screaming at 10 pm and it took 3 calls to the front desk before they sent someone to investigate. Then, at 2:30 am a woman was knocking on doors and waiting. She may have been drunk/ high or maybe was trying to gain entry to guest rooms. Again; no security to resolve this.
Finally, the pool was filthy/ cloudy, where you couldn’t even see the bottom where it was only 4 ft deep. We arrived at 9 am and it was covered with the equivalent of pond scum, but in this case it was nasty skin cell detritus and who knows what diseases. There were at least 30 people in a pool that should only have had 10-20 max.
