We have been staying at the OC Hotel for over 5 years. We visit from Las Vegas and appreciate the cost, cleanliness, location, and most of all customer service. Way to be consistent and keeping cost affordable!

Had a wonderful stay at OC Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was good, and the location is convenient—close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The room smelled Like dirty mop water. The ac unit didn’t work to air out the room and the phone in the room to call the front desk doesn’t work. We had to call online. This place seems family owned. The help desk guy tried seemed to be the only one working since he was the one to come look at the ac, he got us into the room next door by knocking and unlocking it. Smelled still like mop but not as bad as the other room. Won’t be coming back.

Bed was hard and the “comforter” was a sheet, the AC didn’t work, no lotion in the dispenser, the hotel has had a huge upgrade from what it used to be and is acceptable for a one night necessary stay. Just don’t expect anything and you’ll be satisfied.
