We love Casa Del Mar staff and amenities. The food is really good from the menu but they will also customize for your needs. They make a great margarita from scratch versus a mix using limes from Mexico and Squirt (ask for the recipe). The ocean views from your room are breathtaking at sunset. They have their own private beach area and you can snorkel right at the hotel. We find it to be a great value.

The Hotel allows smoking in the pool area. A place where kids are playing and people are relaxing. very disappointing The menu needs improving.several restaurants within walking distance have much better food and a broader menu. The bar is limited in options Those are all Managment/ownership issues and have nothing to do with the wait staff. The service is awesome there.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The swim up bar is wonderful after a morning of diving. Beautiful sunsets visible while lounging around the pool and walking across the pedestrian bridge to the beach area. The restaurant staff treats you like family. Very clean room - housekeeping was very good. Pool and poolside were good and the cabana we had was very comfortable for our group. Staff were available and attentive. The location is right on the main road so there is road noise - took a day to get used to it. Overall it was a good, central place to stay. Pick up for diving and snorkelling was at the pier across the road - very convenient. We would stay here again.
