I always stay for the shuttle and great breakfast. This stay was on a Saturday. I found Breakfast was not until 7 AM. No Shuttle on the weekend. If I had known this I could have altered my plans to be at the airport prior to motels 7 AM breakfast and $20.00 cab ride to the airport. Thank you, but your won't get my business in the future.

Yes, the room was clean and the staff was very gracious/helpful. I enjoyed the outdoor vibe offered at the front entry here. It certainly was inviting and warm. I also enjoyed the very high level of service and hard work given to provide the morning breakfast!

When we arrived at the hotel we were then notified that the hot tub and pool were shut down due to some chemical issues. That was the main purpose my wife and I wanted to stay. The hotel offered a 15% discount from our bill and told that we would have to contact our hotel broker. We had been traveling back and forth to one of the hospitals and needed a relaxing break. Very disappointed in that regard.

Expedia...They automatically switched my date from 10-25 to 10-26. Then automatically collected my money. I have tried a few times to have them do a refund. A nice lady from your hotel told me all they have to do is call her and the refund would be okayed.they wont do it.
