Such a great place at the top of the ski lifts, surrounded by trees. These are quaint “treehouses”, adorably decorated and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would return any time of year. *Know that you will have to walk a short distance and climb stairs to enter them as they are on pedestals.

The Villa was great! We stayed here for our wedding and couldn’t have picked a better stop! It was so nice and clean and very spacious. There are great trails right out the back door. Large front and back porch along with a screened in porch. Would definitely stay again! Staff are nice & very communicative.

The villas are getting old, they have done a nice job of updating the kitchen and baths, but most of the rest is vintage 1970's. the decks have weiht limits of 6 people which sounds scary, and the emergency exit deck is ready to fall off the building. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, but they are a bit on the pricey end for what you get.

I rented out the "Loony Bin" villa. Number 10 and gave the master suite with Jacuzzi tub to my daughter as we were celebrating her sweet 16th and I wanted her to have a great view and a great time. At first it looks decent. However,upon further looking there was no porch lights that worked besides the rope lights on the deck in the front. I also have a disabled child which villa management was aware of. It was slippery and icy down our path to the deck into the villa and with no lights it was a struggle slipping and trying to avoid the ice. When you get to the top of the deck the first parts of the boards dipped inwards causing you to almost slip and fall. Walking in it looks nice. You can tell that in the kitchen/dining area it's unlevel. The master suites door would not stay shut. The slightest breeze of air or touch opens the door. Which means little to no privacy. Also no lock on door. Chain lock was busted on our main entrance door. Not sure of what substance or residue to call that's in the bathrooms.Both bathrooms had hair in shower and gross stuff by the showers. Back doors look unfinished with no trims covering the bottom. The electrical switches have paint covered over on half of them. The shower I used in the bedroom felt like you'd be falling through the floor if you stepped there or stood there too long. Dish towel to dry dishes has orange residue still on it. Let management know about issues we had and how unpleasant it was and got ZERO compensation for any.

Cool and convenient!!

Super-fun and unique house to spend a skiing long weekend! You're in a small area of woods, and you're by the slopes, and you can see the city view at night -- all of those together! Can't beat the ski-in, ski-out setup, the only such setup at Spirit Mountain. Finally, staff were uncommonly-helpful and friendly when I initially made a booking mistake and got back to me at 7 am with a corrected booking.

Cute and cozy. Very clean and updated. Perfect view. Small beds that maybe could use a memory foam topper so you don’t roll to the middle. Great price for this 2 bedroom 2 bath villa. We would come here again.

Great getaway from the cities! Cozy cabin with amazing views. The instructions for the fireplace were a little confusing and little amenities likes coffee and shampoo would be awesome. Clean and comfy!
