I am in between houses so this was a great location to have Christmas with my teenage and adult kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice meal. We enjoyed a movie close by, walked the light display at bentleyville. Lots of restaurants in the area. I'm sure it would be amazing in the summer.

This place has it all. They had everything you could need for a short stay or extended stay. Beds were so comfy. We didn’t travel with our dogs but your dogs would have anything they needed here. Massive fireplace and private jacuzzi. If that isn’t enough you have access to an entire pool, sauna, and hot tub. To top it off you are in the area where everything is happening. 5 minute walk to the Canal Bridge. All the best restaurants and bars are right here too. The owners are very responsive as well if you need anything at all. 10 out 10 if the ratings went that high!

Good location to get on your bike and ride beside the lake! walking to any restaurant you want. A little confusing getting into the parking lot out back but once you do it you know to be ready when entering and leaving. So just be sure to take a look at the process before you pull up to the parking lot!!I would recommend and stay there again.

Great location, great host, great property!

The property is just as described and is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Duluth. Located by all the downtown amenities with easy parking which is very hard to find in the busy months. Great for families and pets, or even just a weekend away with your better half. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make the stay great. Great communication with clear checking and check out instructions. We frequent Duluth quite a bit with the kids sports and will definitely be staying here again.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay ... Duluth is one of our favorite destinations. The condo was spacious and had the basics. Beds were soo comfortable! The jetted tub was a hit with my kids, especially my daughter who is not a fan of pools. Loved that we were right downtown and that pets are welcome.

Spring Fun in Duluth

Property very well kept; kitchen is stocked. Easy access in and out. right in the heart of Canal Park- easy to walk to places and also easy to drive to areas in and around Duluth. Owners very easy to get a hold of and very friendly. All enjoyed the stay .
