Step outside to enjoy partial water views of the Long Island Sound, enjoy a short walk to beaches and Lighthouse Park, or take a 10-minute drive to the excitement of Downtown. Visit the stunning Yale University and many more attractions all from this private beach retreat!

Beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom cottage features a kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with Smart TV.

The bright and modern mother-in-law suite upstairs contains two of the bedrooms, it's own kitchen, dining area, balcony, and living room with 36" Smart TV. This unit is connected through an interior and exterior stairwell.

Fully appointed kitchens with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Included entertainment: Roku Smart TV.
