Clean, safe and good location- across from train. Staff is wonderful! Rooms are small for price and could use updating. Lack of outlets proved difficult. Not a magnificent hotel, but dies the job in an expensive city.

⸻ The Hotel is in a very good location — it’s a great base for exploring the city on foot and visiting the main attractions and monuments in and around the center. However, the room cleaning could definitely be improved. Our room (207) was unfortunately located next to an entrance door, and we could hear it slamming late in the evening and sometimes at night, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to rest. That said, the reception area and the general atmosphere of the hotel are pleasant, and the staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage both on arrival and before departure, so we could visit the city more comfortably. Overall, the price is fair, but a deeper and more regular cleaning of the rooms and floors would make the stay much better.
