RARE, In-Village rental! Renovated 4-Bedroom with HOT TUB and central AC. Easy 3-minute walk into town to all of the shops and restaurants of Ellicottville! All new furniture, bedding and linens. Enjoy the openness of the family & dining room with comfy leather seating, a 65" smart TV & an 8-person dining table. 4 bedrooms plus a 5th room/flex space that offers a queen sleeper sofa, desk and a 55" smart TV. Weber gas grill, patio furniture & a hot tub are great compliments to the front porch and back deck!

We did not spend very long here as we came for 1 night and spent most of our time exploring the town but I would love to book this property again given the chance. House was in a great location, very short walk to the village. The hot tub and fire pit were great to have also. Eric was quick to respond throughout the process. There are some cosmetic things that were easy to look past (the upstairs shower was causing a leak on the downstairs ceiling so we couldn’t use it and the door jam to the back yard was damaged so it was very difficult to lock), but they will likely need to be addressed. Overall it was a great rental and we would definitely go back.

This house was wonderful. There were 5 women celebrating a college reunion. Accommodations were perfect, beds were very comfortable and sheets very soft. Hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and large. Great experience!

Nice house and great location.

We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!

Quick ski weekend in Ellicottville!

This property was perfect for us - very comfortable for two families of four. It’s an easy 6 minute walk into town for the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to the slopes. The house had everything that we needed!

Great weekend getaway

The property was exactly as described. The owner was excellent with communication. Everything we needed was at the house and it was a very quick walk to downtown. We are hoping to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Ellicottville.

Amazing!

This house was awesome for 8 people (4 couples). There was more than enough space for all of us, and the kitchen is HUGE and well-stocked if you’re looking to cook in the house. Eric was super communicative, they responded right away to any questions and was even so kind as to allow us an extra hour to check out. The house is close enough to the village that it’s convenient to get to, but off the main strip so it’s quiet at night. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay again!
