"The elevator was broken and there was a conference. There was a line to check in and a line of people that had complaints at the front desk. We took the stairs because of the elevator (only one working for the whole building) from the 6th floor and made it to the bottom to find a sign that said 'for future notice use the stairs on the opposite side of the building'. The second day was better but the first day was one I wouldn't want to repeat."
