Our guests love our Immaculate 3-bedroom cape in the desirable Fairfield Beach Area neighborhood with an easy walk (under 5 minutes) to the beach and walking distance to train and downtown with local shops and restaurants. This home has just been beautifully updated to the highest standard and has all modern amenities. Start your day in the breakfast nook which overlooks the lovely level backyard and enjoy an evening cocktail on the deck. Close enough to the train and downtown to walk and take a stroll to the Marina in the evening. The location is just perfect, and the house is a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Peaceful Retreat

What a lovely home with everything you need. We felt like we were home as it was beautiful yet still comfortable and included everything you may need. We have another graduation in the area next year and plan on booking it early. Can't wait to go back.

Welcoming home away from home

This home was perfect for our family for an extended weeklong stay. There are plenty of dishes, glassware and the appliances are top notch. The quality of the bedding and the towels are excellent. Only wish that the weather was warmer so that we could enjoyed the back deck. Would definitely recommend.

Charming Cape Cod home near the beach and town

Our family had a great stay in this adorable, clean and recently updated home. This was our first VRBO experience and we were truly impressed with the accommodations and the prompt and clear communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again when we return next year!

Quick Visit

This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy!

Great Home

Great home for our visit to Fairfield University. Close to downtown, beaches and the school. Home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish the weather would have cooperated more to enjoy the nice backyard.

Cozy beach house, amazing location!

We stayed at the rental for one week - house itself clean and very cosy with ample space for one family. Backyard huge and fenced in for our dog. Walking distance to beach. Lots of biking close by. Easy walk to main street with amazing restaurants and cute shops! Fairfield is a great base to explore the whole CT coast! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Fairfield Property!

Comfortable House Next To Beach - Great Owner

Needed a house to gather out-of-town family members for a funeral in Fairfield. This house was perfect for our needs. The interior is warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and dishes. The location is excellent with easy access to Downtown Fairfield, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Short walk to beach. Peter, the owner ,is a kind and considerate person. He is extremely helpful and available, while respecting privacy. I strongly recommend staying at this property.
