At the Heart of Florence with Private Garden and Parking

This charming and unique apartment sets on the ground floor of a historic building right at Florence's Historic Center. It is strategically situated just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Santa Croce, and 15 minutes walk from Piazza Signoria and The Ufizzi.

This accommodation has been restored (last renovation on november 2016) and converted into an adorable apartment, very well furnished and with modern facilities. The highlight is its private, sunny garden with dining table for 'al fresco' meals. Private parking is also available.

There is a cosy living room , dining room at a veranda facing the garden, well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious Tuscan meal, a master double room with fresco ceiling with in suite bathroom, a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a studio with 2 single beds plus one bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are made with Carrara marble.

The market of Santo Ambrogio , the most characteristic food market in Florence is only at 5 minutes walk. It is a nice way to wake up in the morning, have a lazy breakfast with a true cappuccino or espresso and take a tour around fresh and exquisite season vegetables and fruits or local cheese just smelling the flower's newest aromas.

All around, there are many restaurants and bars where local Fiorentini go for a quick coffee, lunch and dinner meals, with a vast selection of places running from wine bars, wooden oven pizzerias, local trattorie and famous restaurants.

From there, you can also rent bikes to visit Florence everywhere you want to go!

The famous FLEA MARKET of Florence is located in Piazza dei Ciompi at only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It opens every day from 9 to 19.30. If you're lucky enough to go there on the last Sunday of every month, the stalls extend into the surrounding streets. Here you can find furniture and objects from the past, prints, coins and jewellery. It's worth a trip if only to get insights on Italy's past through the artifacts displayed in these cluttered stalls.

Le logement quoique un peu vieillot Ă©tait adaptĂ© pour nous. Cependant quelques soucis avec Internet qui ne passe que prĂšs de la box, sinon pas du tout dans les chambres !Pas de papier toilette et au niveau Ă©lectricitĂ© c'est un peu folklo! (la lampe sur la table est trĂšs trĂšs basse et empĂȘche de voir les personnes en face !)Par contre super bien situĂ©, tout peut se faire Ă  pied et une place de parking un peu Ă©troite (quand on a un minibus comme nous) mais vraiment pratique. En ajustant un peu, c'est top !Je recommande

Beautiful property in a perfect location

Christina's house is beautiful and well furnished. We stayed there a week with 4 adults and 2 young kids.The backyard/parking was perfect to have a late diner after putting the kids to sleep. The location is great, it's a walking distance of most of the attraction. Only downside with the house is the wifi, it was unusable for most of our stay.

Appartement agréable et une situation géographique idéale

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cet appartement situé au RDC d'un ancien immeuble situé dans le centre historique de Florence, un beau marché se trouve à 5 min à pieds, un super marché à 10 min et les principales attractions touristiques du centre de Florence toutes à moins de 20 min de marche. L'appartement était propre, bien équipé et tout à fait conforme à la description dans l'annonce. Quel plaisir de profiter de la cours le soir pour l'apéro ! La communication a été trÚs rapide, agréable et simple avec Christina. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This apartment is extremely well situated with walking access to all the attractions despite being in a quiet area of the city. It set up allows this apartment to accomodate a famly of adults comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is well stocked (unlike some apartments that only have enough for a couple of people) with kitchen accessories and clean towels for everyone. It was easy to access the host who responded to requests in a timely fashion. We are hoping to stay in this apartment again if we return to Florence.

We were very comfortable in Christina’s place. She was warm and welcoming when we arrived and took the time to show us how everything worked. My family enjoyed the patio area and had a place to park a car if needed. We did not have a car but were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see; perfect place for location. Another bonus was no stairs!! I would recommend!

A very good location but on a very busy street. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept. Nice centralized location. Good communication with host. My only negative is that the host parked in the property at 8:45 AM on the day we were leaving and asked to come inside at 8:45. I would have appreciated giving us space and privacy to leave at 10. It was not nice to be around us for 1 hr and 15 mins before checkout time.

First off, the hostess was so accommodating and nice with us. We are a family of 5 and although the extreme heat in Florence we were cool in the apartment. A very nice and elegant place to stay. If you stay on the main road, you’re about 10 minutes by foot from central Florence. I would rent again. Thank you for being so hospitable.

Great Location, Receptive owner, Good for families!

The location is within a 15 to 20 minute walk of most attractions. It had a good size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Although the bathroom was dated and required some getting used to. The kitchen was small but functional. It had a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The other bedrooms were also adequate and the second bathroom had a walk-in shower which was great for older tourists. The dining room was glass enclosed and lead to a garden picnic table area. The washer was in the cellar and we did not use it. Christina met us at the apartment and went over all the eccentricities of the place. The use of certain keys for the doors and ways to lock up and open the doors and lights. The air conditioner in the master was not working very well but the rest of the air conditioners worked fine. We used taxis for in and out access without a problem. It’s close to restaurants and farmers market and grocery stores.

This place is a small walk to most sites. Uber is available to longer trips but overall walkable. There is a little restaurant bar with nightly happenings where we sat and make friends with the staff at night . Beautiful apartment clean and spacious
