Front desk open only 7-3. To enter the building we need a key. They put the wrong gate key in the safety box so we couldn't enter the building. They don't answer emergency call. So we had to find another hotel.

Excellent communication from owner. Secure parking at rear. It’s not in the rather vicious clean air/congestion CCTV system in the city centre! A great place to stay visiting Florence. 10 mins away from centre on nearby tram.

Notre sĂ©jour c’est bien passĂ©, mais nous n’avions pas rĂ©alisĂ© au vu de la photo principale de l’annonce qu’il s’agissait d’un appartement partagĂ©. Du coup vous vous retrouverez avec plusieurs hĂŽtes au matin. L’accueil et la prĂ©cision de l’arrivĂ©e est au rendez vous, et le gestionnaire est Ă©galement trĂšs prĂ©cis dans les directives pour l’accueil. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est rationnĂ© par un nombre de chose que vous devrez sĂ©lectionner. Notre chambre Ă©tait propre et dans les standards, la salle de bain Ă©tait petite en revanche. La propretĂ© est au rendez vous.
