Room was very spacious, coupon for a cafe down the street for breakfast, 6 Euro each person. Clean and comfy. The outside world was a little noisy but nothing to do with the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here! Also a quick walk from the train station which was AMAZING.

What a pretty little place! I cannot believe how perfect of a stay it was for us in Florence. The owner is a delight- so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and spent time talking to us about Florence and recommending where to go. Outside is a cute little cobbled street. A small supermarket not so far and a few little shops also. The train station is only a 5-10 minute walk and Florence itself not too far either. The decor inside the hotel is so lovely, a lift available and a small courtyard garden to enjoy too. Thank you! We would love to come back!

Great room. Everything looked brand new. Loved the tiled bathroom. Had a safe in the room for valuables. Aya, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. The hotel is safe and quiet and had a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The location was super convenient - near the train station and many attractions. Very walkable!

The place is very nice , clean ,close to transportation , walkable to many sights. Had an airconditioning issue which was resolved right away… owner/ propertymanager were all very responsive to request/ messages . I recommend this place to others and will stay there again if i go back

Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Literally right around the corner from the main train station which was so convenient to walk to/from. Only downside was there was never any staff at the front desk whenever we went to ask for something. Other than that great place and would stay again.

Wonderful location in Florence! Only a block from SMN train station and close to all attractions! Awkward at first to check in but very quiet and clean safe accommodations with lovely courtyard. Breakfast vouchers for Bistro Gamberini were perfect! Will stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this hotel last minute. It is located just 1 or 2 blocks from the train station which is very convenient. No one was working at the site when arrived and wanted to drop off our luggage, which was a problem as we couldn't get in to the property. We called the phone number of the hotel and talked with someone who after 20 minutes or so or trying, we finally got him to allow us in by using a code. There was also no one there at check out at 10:00 so we just left our key. The room was big and had a cute view out the window. It was clean, although the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the last guests, so that felt a little unclean. The room did get cleaned the next day, although our towels were not changed, just left on the shower door as we had left them. The location of the hotel, and the size of the room were two great things.
