Washing machine and wifi connection available to guests. A set of towels and sheets available for each guest. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Florentine building.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, not in the center, very close to the "Giardino dei Semplici" and "Giardino Della Gherardesca" Botanical Gardens.
It is possible to easily reach the main attractions of the city on foot.
The apartment is located in a limited traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
