The parking was a little confusing but the lot next to the building lets you park for $40 for 24hrs. It was what we needed for the day trip we planned but I wish I would’ve just gotten a hotel a little more south on A1A since it was a bit of a walk to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to go to.

The place is close to the beach and near by stores , bus stop is close as well , the apartment is big enough for 4 to 5 people, is only one separate room and a big living area , my biggest issue were there is no PARKING SPACE, there is some on the street for about 6$ an hour, i don’t think is too bad but i don’t think i will stay again or recommend to someone else, for a few more dollars you can just a hotel with a pool and parking,

Not a good area, we checked in and checked out as soon as we got there. Room was filthy, throw up on throw pillows, hair on sheets, room was not properly cleaned at all. Never again.

This is not the multi-level building pictured in the listing. It is a second floor unit above a restaurant and some vacant commercial units. It is a little suspect entry from a back alley that is not accessible from any open public view. It is an ok spot if you are ok with accessing it from the back parking lot and going up stairs. The images on the posting seem to be enhanced by filters or AI. It is as ok if you are not expecting too nice of a place. Air conditioning works great. It is right across from the beach. There are a couple really good eating options within walking distance
