"The hotel looks nothing like the website the beautiful palm tree with the lights and everything doesn’t look like that. It looks more like a motel than a hotel. The pool is smaller than what it looks like on the website. The staff was wonderful. You have to do a reservation for maintenance to give you towels or clean your room. It’s by Appt."

"The photos on Expedia showing a balcony does not mean that you will actually receive a balcony. Even though it is paid for. Watch out that suites on Expedia are mislabeled and once you check in it is not a suite at all. Lastly, there was old on the ceiling and once asked to move many times and said we would be contacted if something was available we never were contacted."
