"WiFi was great, pool was a nice feature. Cleanliness was not good. But rooms were air conditioned, the free shuttles to & from both the cruise ship terminal and airport (close proximity too) made the hotel a good value for us. "

"This property is not beachfront and is nowhere near the beach as advertised. The rooms were extremely dirty and had a foul odor that carried throughout the hallways. The elevator felt unsafe it moved side to side and the doors opened before reaching the floor, which was concerning. Additionally, the water coming from the faucets was yellow. To make matters worse, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful and acted as though any request was an inconvenience. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Desk was helpful let us store our luggage in locked room before check-in. Also let us hang out by pool and notified us when room was ready about 1 hour before check in at 4. We didnt try on site restaurant but did walk 2 minutes to charcoal oven pizza place that was exceptional. Would stay again."
