"I had a great stay here! I was able to check in early and my room was ready right away, which was a huge plus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The property is very clean and in a perfect location—within easy walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The shuttle service to/from the airport and cruise port was also very convenient. My only minor issue was the breakfast experience on "cruise days." The seating area was overcrowded, and it was hard to find a spot. While the staff replenished the food often, some items like the French toast were cold by the time I got them. Also, with the main toaster out of commission, the line for the single backup toaster was quite long. Despite the breakfast rush, it's a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay here again!"
