I want to start by highlighting the staff, who were consistently kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was professional and did their best to assist, even when certain requests (like extra pillows) weren’t available. While this hotel works in a pinch or for budget-conscious travel, it did not fully meet my comfort standards for a longer stay. There were visible signs of wear and partial remodel issues in the room, including minor maintenance concerns that made the space feel less polished overall. Nothing felt unsafe, but the condition of the property made it harder for me to fully relax. Cleanliness was generally okay, though there were small details that stood out and affected my comfort level. I ultimately made it work, but it required extra effort on my part. In terms of amenities, the ice machine on my floor was not working, so I had to go to the first floor each time I needed ice. Amenities were available, but not always conveniently accessible. This may be a reasonable option for short stays or travelers prioritizing cost, but for those looking for a sturdier, more updated, or consistently comfortable experience, this may not be the best fit. I appreciate the staff’s kindness, but personally, I would choose a higher-caliber property next time unless I was on a tight budget.
