Checked into hotel 11:30 pm, bed bugs crawling on both beds at 2am. Left hotel. Staff was apologetic but made it such a difficult night. Full refund was issued

Safety concern. Check in was fine, left to go exploring and came back later at night. We forget what room number we were in so we go to front desk to ask them and verify with my ID & person at front desk gave us an additional key with a room number attached. The key worked and lo and behold there were people sleeping inside. They didn’t put the deadbolt on, and turns out they gave me the key to the room next to ours. If I was those people I would’ve been horrified and anxious that hotel staff gave random people access to their private room. Felt anxious rest of the stay due to this incident. Told manager on site as we were checking out.

The beds were wonderful, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I loved having the coffee bar available 24 hours a day in the lobby and having walk in showers in the rooms are awesome.
