Below average, But okay for 1 or 2 nights.

Hotel is tired and dated, bedding also, but still comfortable. Rooms pretty small. Air conditioning doesn't work. Breakfast is very poor. The bar and restaurant were shut (yeah because of Covid), but the high street is only 5-10 mins walk away with several choices of restaurant. Or a big Rewe supermarket is next door. Good Wifi.

Good place to stay in Friedrichsdorf

Our experience was generally good. The rooms were however not entirely ready. One room was out of toilet paper upon early evening arrival, the other had some food left in the garbage. At breakfast, it took a good 30min to get some gluten-free bread. But beyond this, the place was good for our purpose, the staff very kind, spoke different languages, and was filled with attention. There was also a fair selection at breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and the bedding in perfect condition.

we stayed 2weeks before our relocation back to the states. the only issue I had was the room wasn't available when we tried to check in the day we were supposed to but it was due to our long stay and not able to contact me about our stay. Das Zimmer war von der Größe und Ausstattung vollkommen i.O. Bin ja nur 1 Nacht dagewesen. Es gehört zu den älteren Zimmern, da im Bad eine Badewanne steht. Besser sind Duschen. Außerdem ist es in der Wanne sehr glatt, Ausrutschgefahr und ältere Personen sind mit dem Ein-/Ausstieg überfordert und sind deswegen ängstlich. Ansonsten war alles o.k. Auf jeden Fall für Kurztrips bzw. ältere Gäste zu empfehlen.

Frühstück mangelhaft

Zimmer ok. Organisation des Frühstücks mehr als schlecht: Frühstück geht bis 11 Uhr, wir waren um 10 Uhr da und es gab zunächst keine Brötchen, kein Brot, keine Gläser und viele andere Dinge waren leer. An keinem einzigen (!) Tisch war der Platz sauber und es gab auch kein frisches Besteck am Tisch; überall lagen die Krümel und Reste der Vorgänger. Ich bin schon häufiger in einem Hotel der Mercure-Kette gewesen, aber was hier beim Frühstück erlebt haben, war wirklich mangelhaft.

Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als het restaurant. Het zwembad is mooi groot maar mag van mij wel wat warmer (was 27°c). Kamer was wat klein, ruim genoeg voor een nacht. Hier en daar wat vreemde rondingen waar de stofzuiger blijkbaar niet goed bij kan. Lag wel wat stof en niet van 1 week ... badkamer op zich heel ruim, het bidet stond eigenlijk in de weg. Als je op de toilet zat stoot je je knie tegen de deur.

Værelse var rigtig fint og det var god plads på sovesofa til 2 børn. Det eneste man save hvad et par stole på alten nå børne sov. Swimmingpool have vi stort set for os og savannen. Der er en riglig stort supermarked lige ved siden vis man vil have ligt med op på værelset.
