No real check-in assistance - staff mostly standing around with iPads. No assistance with difficulty in using automatic machine and no assistance moving suitcases from check in area to elevator despite obvious need for help. Dedicated table for Sagawa (luggage courier) was good.

breakfast and dinner were included with hotel stay. train station was 8-minute walk. Bus stops where steps from hotel entrance. Staff was helpful and friendly; they also spoke English. I would definitely stay here, when I return to Kyoto.
