Great hotel

Great hotel, nice and clean, very busy. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in earlier than expected.

We've been staying here for the past 5 years We Love the Hotel overall is Convenient Clean many stores and restaurants close by. The staff is always great. They need to upgrade the thermostat in the room we were in . I recommend it

One of our favorite hotels to stay at for Disney trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The water stays hot and the pressure is great when showering. The pool and hot tub are nice. Target being across the street is very convenient if you forgot anything or need to grab something quick. The transportation to Disney picks you up and drops you off right at the side of the hotel.

The front desk checking in was unprofessional I felt confrontation like I was beneath her .I can't really call it the room was nice but when I asked for some service for my restroom because I didn't I couldn't hear the fam the treated me like I was stupid ," it works you just can't hear it " but my family can smell and hear me taking a dump? C'mon man okay... So as beautiful and luxurious as it may seem I think I'd get better service for less down the street at Anaheim carriage, at least their fan works and your room won't smell like dung for your family to enjoy with you .

I got charged for parking, without informing me. I was said we need deposit fee for damage. But on return they said they are charging for parking. Housekeeping was not done on 9th, even requested in noon. No compensation.
