Embassy suites is not staffed adequately. Very poor service. Keys stopped functionally. Aunt crawling on the floor. No fan vent in the shower. Restroom would be super hot due to no fan vent. Elevators stopped working. Had to walk mother in law with a pacemaker down many flight of stairs. More issues than I can remember.

I really liked the hotel, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. The only thing was that there was no shower gel in the pan, it ran out and the service did not refill it. Overall, great, I recommend it!
