Facility has gone downhill...

In the three years that I have been staying at this hotel the facility has gone downhill. From the very beginning with the check-in process the place was chaotic. There appeared to be an overall lack of staffing to run and maintain the facility. The front desk was understaffed at night and there were no staff available for maintenance/housekeeping concerns after hours. Maintenance concerns were only addressed at night due to a persistent push with the Asst. Manager. The location is good, the breakfast was fine (nothing special). There are other hotels in the immediate area that will be considered in the future.

It was fine for one night, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. They seemed to be unusually busy for a weeknight and it definitely put a toll on the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful though.

Amazing staff

Decent selection at breakfast. Staff is all around wonderful! The only minor setback was when the batteries in our door lock died, but they had it fixed in minutes! They were so accommodating, and it was a great hotel. 10/10 would come back.

Check in was great we arrived and got in a little early. We liked our suite it was roomy. However the next day we left our room around 11 am for the second day’s activities and when we came back our cards were deactivated. The desk reactivated them. Then we entered the room to find the maid had not been there. Very frustrated by then we called the desk for TP Tissues Hand towels and wash clothes. They said we’d have to come down to get them he was the only staff member there! It was 6pm. All very frustrating. I wouldn’t stay there again plus it was our Anniversary weekend.
