I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, and my room offered a fantastic view, which I really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, though the floors and walls had quite a few marks. There were no instructions provided for the Wi-Fi or TV, and unfortunately, both were initially out of service. I was grateful to be connected with someone who was able to improve the internet connection during my stay, but considering the cost of the room, I would expect these amenities to be fully functional from the start. If you plan to use the TV, it’s worth bringing a laptop and cables as a backup. The service in the restaurant was excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. However, the experience in the sky bar was quite different. The atmosphere there felt uninviting, and the staff seemed disengaged, which discouraged me from visiting more often during my stay. Overall, my stay was good

It was a fantastic night away for my husbands birthday.Check in was quick staff friendly.Check out was quick and Dillion who was at the desk was friendly.The only thing i would say is the service on roof top bar was very slow there was 4 staff on,the bar was quiet so i would have expected to get served quicker.Twice i had to ask if the 2 members of staff at the other end of bar was serving as they where just standing there talking.

Its an ok hotel, I had the worst nights sleep. The room's need sound proofing as you can hear people in other rooms. This went on into the early hours of the morning. Food is ok but abit overpriced for box standard food.

Good room but noisy

Good stay and the room was very good, being spacious with lots of work space. The only let downnis that you hear everyone in the corridor walking past your room. Also….£16 for a buffet breakfast!

First stay in Radisson Red handy location for concert in Kelvingrove Bandstand. Smooth check in welcoming staff ,room on 8th floor was clean spacious . Allocated a room 702 that was already occupied, fortunately the guests were out but as soon as we walked in and seen all their belongings were there. Reception staff member said “ sorry my bad “ . It could have been a lot worse but it made me anxious that someone could enter our room

Ideal location for the hydro. Had an issue with food one time but it got sorted quickly by the duty manager. Beware if the sky bar has an event on its really loud Would stay again
