This newly refurbished bright and spacious two bedroom main door property with its own private driveway and garden is situated a short walk away from the city centre and close to public transport links.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Glasgow Green, this modern ground floor accommodation is only a 20 minute walk to the Merchant City or a 5 minute walk to the train station with a frequent service to the city centre taking only 6 minutes.
This property is an ideal base for couples or friends wishing to explore Glasgow and the surrounding area. Spend time enjoying all that the city has to offer and then relax and recharge in this quiet oasis next to Glasgow Green.
This contemporary, comfortable, ground floor accommodation is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. With a small garden at the front and a private enclosed garden at the rear, this property has main door entry.
The front door leads into a small hallway with space for coats and shoes. For your safety there are interconnected smoke alarms and a heat detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. If travelling by car the house can be easily reached from the M8, M74 and M77 motorways otherwise Bridgeton Train station is an 5 minute walk away,
The accommodation is 5 minutes drive from the Celtic football ground and the Emirates Arena and 5 minutes drive from the Tollcross international swimming centre. A short walk will take you to Glasgow Green which is Glasgow’s oldest park and is a fantastic space to explore featuring the Peoples Palace, Nelsons Monument and the Templeton Factory. Glasgow Cross and the famous Tron are an 7 minute drive away and a 8 minute drive will take you to Glasgow Cathedral and Strathclyde University.
