Staff af reception were welcoming, polite and helpful. Although the room is compact it is perfect for a single nights stay, the rooms with windows are maybe bigger however. The tv controller doesnt seem to work and you cant change the channel from boolywood tv. Not an issue as i was out mostly and only there for the one night. The main issue with the hotel is it is very noisy; every time someone flushes a toilet you hear it, when the person next door has a shower you hear everything and as my room was on the ground floor near reception i heard the staff and every guest.

check was very pleasant, very informative , got invited to the cheese and wine night in the bar area, which was a lovley idea, we went down and it was perfect!!! very nice idea, the room was on the very small size, it worked we slept well,so no complaints

Reception staff was friendly, welcoming and overall excellent. Luca is rightfully proud of Scotland and shared some tales and legends. Room, while small, was nicely appointed with tea kettle & tea and bathroom had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the windowless room and will stay here in my next visit.

Great area to be in. I was travelling alone as a female traveler, and the staff made me feel safe and welcome. There was a little fire scare, and they handled it perfectly and I felt in good hands. Would recommend.

Dissappointed

It was a very hit and miss stay in all honesty. TV didnt work, wifi on the 5th floor which i was on was non existent, was very little space to put clothes other than 3 little coat hangers on a wall.... By time i wantes the TV on it was gone 10 oclock and was ready for bed by this point even though someone said that they could come sort it in the next 15 minutes. It still wasnt great. The room sizes are very small so if your coming as a couple id suggest elsewhere.... Bed was comfy and good location wise, but like i said lack of facilities and things just seemed to go wrong with the stay, even the skylite shutter was broke so had constant light coming through... Very dissappinted in fairness.

There was no window in my room which was kind of weird. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable and spotless. I just needed it for sleeping anyway, it was very adequate. Great location.
