I stayed here with my dog on October 1st. Super affordable compared to others in the area. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Room was spacious and clean; linens were clean as was the appliances like the microwave and fridge. Heat worked great and the hot water was good. The motel is conveniently located and within quick distance to many great restaurants and stores. They are going through a renovation so the grounds aren't the best but it's decent for a quick stay. I loved the touch code door instead of a traditional key card.
Quiet location and not a bad view.
Cons:
No phone in the room which could be hard if one doesn't have a cell phone. No alarm clock. Bed was hard and not the most comfortable; ok for one night.
Hand soap for the sink was almost empty, dispenser for body wash in the shower was empty and the shampoo was almost empty. Flooring was coming up in some places, looked like water damage.
There was black mould on one of the walls in the bathroom near the baseboards by the toilet and shower.
No main public garbage to be found on the property so had to leave my dogs poop bags outside the door until the morning.
Overall an ok place at an affordable rate for a quick stay with friendly staff.
