This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom waterfront home is equipped with everything for the perfect stay in Leeville with convenient, fast access to both inland marsh as well as offshore fishing. The property features both upper and lower large screened porches with TVs. All four bedrooms feature its own TV with internet access for streaming all your favorite sports events and shows as well as a attached private bathroom. The Master suite has a stand alone shower as well as a freestanding soaker tub. The large centrally located kitchen/living space is fully stocked and features a large island with granite countertops and floating cypress shelves as well as large screen TV with internet access. A stand alone ice maker is also available in the kitchen for your extra ice needs. A pellet grill, propane grill, frying and boiling pot is readily available to feed your guests. Propane is provided. Live bait and ice are available locally as well as boat fuel from land and water: all located within walking distance. This property also boasts a large lower deck with lighted fish cleaning station and fishing lights. Easy launch from the property for kayakers leads to some of the best marsh fishing in South Louisiana within a short 5 minute paddle. Ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Canal access may be limited at times by conditions. Additional boat slips and multiple launches located nearby if needed.

Perfect layout for a friends/fam to recharge their batteries. We ultimately went for an offshore fishing trip (sadly we paid a few K for a hung over captain who would rather be anywhere but on the water) and were SO happy for this oasis of a home! Also- check out the bow fishing 5 min away: so fun!

Rented the house for the boat access but the water in the canal leading to the house was less than 1 foot at low tide and maybe 1.5 ft at high tide.The road noise was loud all night as it is across from the turn to the bridge.Besides that it was very clean.
