This exceedingly newly built captivating 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa in a fully furnished safe, gated community aligned to the Rodney Bay Marina.
The space
We do not accommodate children under the age of 2, and don't entertain events such as parties.
Guest access
located in the heart of Rodney Bay, a very short walk (1 - 2 min) from most amenities. The most beautiful beach in St Lucia (Reduit Beach) is under 3 mins walk away. When inside our gated property the constant refreshing sea breeze makes for a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.
Other things to note
Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and both electronic gates.
